On April 25, before Day 2 of the draft begins, the Rams will honor 150 responders during a “chalk talk” with McVay, Snead and other Rams executives.

Before a practice scrimmage against rival Evil Geniuses, they get a chalk talk.

“Then the chalk talk, being able to get on the board, write stuff done, call fronts,” Lucas said.
