Police have arrested a San Francisco woman suspected of yanking a horse’s tail and causing a young rider to be chucked off in a wild encounter that has since become a viral video.

Here was Zendaya, scoping out the interplanetary Western-wear at Schiaparelli in a gown straight from the runway complete with train swishing like a horse’s tail, along with her creative director, Law Roach; there was Jennifer Lopez, ogling the brand’s curvy crystal gown with a face-framing paparazzi shield on one side.

As if willing into being her own side effects, her lower back begins sprouting a dark-haired horse’s tail.

Peculiar and invigorating, visual artist Ann Oren’s feature debut “Piaffe” defies easy description — its lead character grows a horse’s tail, for one thing.

“I held onto your horse’s tail,” he said.
