Americans no longer disagree with one another about politics while still finding areas of broad agreement.

"We want to try and target our efforts in areas where we know there is a need," she said.

Natural Resources Wales said there were two flood warnings in place, along with 14 flood alerts, and dozens schools were closed in several local authority areas.
