People in South Asia haven’t lost faith in democracy, but they appear increasingly fed up with subpar governance.

Meters in locations busy with nightlife will need to be fed up until midnight; in all other on-street areas, parking isn’t free at metered spots until 8 p.m.

But it’s especially resonant right now, when voters across the spectrum are increasingly fed up with the country’s existing leadership.

"The joke's gone on long enough. French people are fed up. Macron has put the country in an extremely difficult position," she added.

"The current system is actually very adversarial. Our parents are increasingly tired and anxious and fed up of fighting… Staff sickness levels are really, really high at the moment," she says.
