A new report from NBC News spoke with Trump transition insiders and Republican politicians on the Hill to take the temperature of Trump's shamble toward the Oval Office.

“There is very, very broad support for that set of ideas in Congress in both political parties, on both sides of the Hill, and that’s what really matters,” he said.

The American Federation of Government Employees has warned about, with the union’s policy director, Jacqueline Simon, telling the Hill that they’re expecting an “exodus.”

Asked by Kirk if he intended to return to the House seat he gave up, Gaetz said he was done with the Hill.

Democrats on the Hill sounded the alarm over Kennedy’s nomination, with high-ranking Democratic Rep. Katherine Clark saying she had “great concerns” over Kennedy’s “complete disregard for public health.”
