The prison has a recreation area for floor hockey, basketball, and soccer, a hobby craft room, and a music-practice room.

To celebrate “Open Carry day,” the group gathered at a public recreation area about 40 miles from downtown Detroit.

And an opportunity came up with the Golden Gate National Recreation Area to have a restaurant.

The Badlands are probably the best known recreation area of the State.
