Jesus has scored once in four Brazil caps to date.

If the term “faith programming” conjures images of Jesus Christ or Bible-thumping pastors in your head, you likely haven’t seen one of the titles on Wonder Project’s slate.

The attack comes just a day after the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints announced the death of Russell M. Nelson, the faith’s 17th president and oldest-ever leader, who died at age 101.

Within hours of his assassination, memes appeared of Kirk draped in an American flag, being carried by Jesus.

Fellow congregants at Jaramillo’s longtime church, Good Shepherd Fellowship in Pueblo, regularly asked him to perform Christian songs — a favorite was “The Blood That Jesus Shed for Me” by gospel pioneer Andraé Crouch.
