The miniature Erewhon will be tucked away near cold plunge pools and a sauna at 120 Leroy Street in New York City, according to blueprints Fieg posted on Instagram.

Once the domain of wellness devotees and Hollywood insiders, Erewhon has transformed into something more universal: For some, it’s their local grocery store, but it’s also now a bucket list tourist destination.

She finds her most treacherous battleground to be none other than luxury grocer Erewhon.
