UK special forces troops who served in Sarajevo during the siege have told the BBC the allegations are an "urban myth".

Serafinowicz, one of the creators of hit sitcoms Motherland and Amandaland, saw comic value in merging the urban myth of Coleen's supposedly missing engagement band with JRR Tolkien's classic ring quest.

“There’s an urban myth that what you see above ground is mirrored below ground,” he said.

The premise is built around an urban myth that Candyman roamed the Cabrini-Green housing projects in Chicago and could be summoned by saying his name five times in front of a mirror.

The common urban myth is that the town is the basis for Arendelle, the village in the hugely popular Disney movie Frozen.
