Sunset Land

Sunset land—The Cherokee word here used is Wusûhihûñ′yĭ, “there where they stay over night.”

You see, in Sunset Land the time is ever so much longer than it is here.

The world, that ten minutes ago was a rose-hued sunset land, was a dreary midnight waste now.
