Mix well and press into a greased pie plate.

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Brush the bottom and sides of a 9-inch round cake pan or pie plate with just enough of the melted butter to coat.

Drain in a colander, then transfer to the prepared pie plate.

To check for doneness, gently shake the pie plate or baking dish.

Scatter the spinach mixture over the potatoes in the pie plate, then slowly pour in the egg mixture.
