The five-piece set includes a pie pan, a 9 x 13-inch roasting pan, a cookie sheet, and two round cake pans.

Press into a well greased pie pan and bake 10-12 minutes in preheated 350F oven.

And that means chilling your dough after you roll it out, shape it into your pie pan and fill it.

If you want a more traditional quiche look, you can bake it in a pie pan, but it is delicious no matter the shape of the serving.
