Grace Parkin, who lives in Sheffield, has saved enough money for the procedures she wants - a tummy tuck, liposuction and breast uplift - but is going abroad to have them done because it is cheaper.

She went in for an abdominoplasty, aka “tummy tuck,” nostril narrowing and chin implant — telling evidence of society’s brutal pressures surrounding female beauty standards.

“Because a tummy tuck looks great,” she said, “but a tummy tuck on a patient who has also lost 20 pounds may be even greater.”

Among other achievements, he pioneered techniques to remove excess skin from patients who had lost significant amounts of weight from bariatric surgery — a sort of extreme tummy tuck.

One patient, according to the board’s notice, received a Brazilian Butt Lift, tummy tuck and liposuction from Dr. Grawe in July 2020.
