The crown jewel of LuxJB’s collection is a 39,000-square-foot behemoth complete with nine bedrooms, four kitchens, a gym, spa, movie theater, pickleball court, basketball court and a team of three maids.

The building also includes an outdoor dog park and a spa for pets.

In a shopping plaza an hour outside Toronto, flanked by a day spa and a shawarma joint, sits a two-storey building with blue tinted windows reflecting the summer sun.

Their plan still needs city approval, but the hotel owners have said they aim to open a 9,000-square-foot spa and wellness facility “to complement the hotel” in the next 18 to 24 months.
