Florida Representative Anna Paulina Luna, a former conservative influencer and close friend of Kirk, pointed angrily at Democrats.

Bryan Alexis Cifuentes, 33, was charged with one felony count of battery with serious bodily injury after video showed that he dropped Luna with one punch.

In addition to Luna and the Sheriff’s Department, the county Department of Health Services, Correctional Health Services and its director, Timothy Belavich, were also named as defendants.
