One of the more eye-catching diagrams in Universal's planning documents shows a train line stretching from mainland Europe all the way to Bedford.

“People are saying I want to put a train line in there,” Allen said.

The search at Duffy's Cut was restricted due to costs and proximity to the train line.

"I am travelling up on the train and down on the train so I'll have seen a lot of the train line," she said.
