Two Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies were taken to the hospital Sunday after their patrol car was struck by another motorist, who attempted to flee the scene, authorities said.

He slipped the envelopes of cash in a backpack and put the Pringles cans in the trunk of a patrol car in the jail parking lot, the plea agreement said.

"Have you seen any ICE vans? Are there patrol cars out there?" she asks, still unsure if we can be trusted and she can emerge.

County Sheriff’s Department have done the heavy lifting – keeping control with helicopters, hundreds of patrolmen on foot and hundreds of patrol cars.

“The burning of patrol cars appears more like an act of provocation than of resistance. It should be clear: We condemn violence from wherever it comes.”
