Rachel Zatcoff as Tsaytl, Yael Eden Chanukov as Hodl and Rosie Jo Neddy as Khave channeled their ardent emotion into their singing.

And Neddy’s Khave revealed that she was prepared to sacrifice everything to be with Griffith Frank’s Fyedka, a Russian Christian, no matter the effect on her family or herself.

Local and national awards are too numerous to list but include an Artist Trust Fellowship Award, an Art Matters fellowship and research grant, the Stranger Genius Award, a MacDowell residency Pollock-Krasner Fellowship and the Neddy Artist Award in painting.

Since its founding by the Behnke Foundation, the Neddy Award has been given out nearly every year to outstanding Pacific Northwest visual artists, including Anthony White, Claire Cowie and Christopher Paul Jordan.
