Canicula

The kidneys of Scyllium canicula are paired bodies in contact along the median line.

Scyllium (stellare and canicula) and Raja have formed the objects of my investigation.

The remainder of the figures are representations of embryos of Scyllium canicula hardened in chromic acid.
